PRELOVED FOXGEAR Echosex Baby Delay Pedal

The Foxgear Echosex Baby is a compact “vintage drum echo machine” delay designed to capture that Binson Echorec-style ambience—lush, slightly mysterious repeats that feel three-dimensional rather than sterile. It borrows its concept from the award-winning Gurus Echosex, using a Class A FET preamp to add a touch of amp-like warmth and nuance, without needing a tube on board.

Controls

  • Tone: shapes the tone of the repeats (brighter/darker)
  • Age: adds “wear” character—subtle modulation up to noon, then more random pitch texture higher up
  • Level: sets the volume of repeats against your dry signal
  • Repeats: from single repeats to infinite/self-oscillation
  • Time: delay time range 60ms to around 780ms

Key specs

  • Power: 9–12V DC (negative tip / centre-negative style)
  • Current draw: <100mA @ 9V
  • Input/Output impedance: ≤1MΩ / ≤10kΩ
  • Size/weight: 60mm (W) x 120mm (L) x 30mm (H), 0.2kg
