This dress brings together the best parts of fall fashion and the kind of fit that's going to have people asking where you got it. With an easy button-through front, a flowy skirt that's split so you can show a little leg, and a defined waist to keep it flattering, it's practically begging for photos. Preferably out in a field somewhere.
This fabric looks like a classic flannel, but it's made with a beautifully warm-handed blend of TENCEL, cotton, and wool (and a few others). It looks breezy, but it's just the thing to beat the chill in the cooler months and keep you cozy.

We find the Maeve Dress by Marine Layer fits true to size.
Made under fair working conditions in China.
Marine Layer started with a goal to make the softest shirt, one that would feel like an old favorite rather than a new one that needs to be broken in. In the 10 years since Marine Layer began, they’ve custom developed over 100 fabrics, with soft fabrics being their thing. They’re focused on finding new ways to make clothing responsibly and sustainably. They do this by using recycled materials in their clothing, working closely with manufacturing partners to ensure vendor code of ethics, and donating to nonprofit partners.
