Weed Killer for Thistles in Permanent Grassland
Key Points:
- Vivendi 200 is effective on a variety of weeds but it should be mainly used for the control of thistles. It offers fantastic control of creeping thistle, spear thistle, mayweed and smooth sow-thistle. It also has a good effect on perennial sow-thistle and black-bindweed
- There is more of a demand for manure to part replace peat in some manufactured composts and more home-grown vegetable production. As a result products containing clopyralid, such as Vivendi, should not be used on grass which is going to be made into hay. This will in turn reduce the likelihood of clopyralid residues being found in manure which would affect sensitive crops.
- This product is a great alternative to Thistlex
Application notes and guidance:
- For best results, apply Vivendi when the thistles are actively growing but before flowering
- Do not apply to wet crops or where rain is expected within 6 hours of when you will be spraying
- After spraying, wash spray equipment thoroughly
- When using as a spot treatment, mix with Amvista Blue Marker Dye to identify what has been treated
- Check out our range of handheld and knapsack sprayers.
- As with all weed control products, wearing the correct PPE during application is essential - take a look at our Safety Clothing Bundle for everything you will need

Excellent Rug & Unbeatable Customer Service!
Size: 6 x 8 ft Rectangle, Color: White
I absolutely love this rug! It has completely transformed my living room—it looks surprisingly glam and feels wonderfully soft underfoot.
The feature that really sold me was that it's fully washable. I was nervous about cleaning it, but the process was surprisingly easy. I strongly recommend skipping the dryer and letting it air dry. I simply hung mine over my shower door, and it was completely dry overnight. I used a brush to gently separate the fibers, leaving it looking just as vibrant and feeling just as soft as it did when new.
Additionally, I had an interaction with their customer support team, and they were fantastic. They responded to my inquiry quickly, were respectful, and resolved my issue completely and professionally.
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a beautiful, practical, and soft rug with stellar customer service backing it up. Five stars!

Soft but no cushion
Size: 2' x 8' (Runner), Color: White
This rug is nice and soft but too thin for me.
It’s very beautiful, it’s soft and fluffy but not enough cushion for my taste

Cool rug, but sheds like an animal.
Size: 5' x 8' (Rectangular), Color: White With Grey Tips
It's beautiful and comfy, but it sheds like a dog, so I had to get rid of it.
