Willow Leaf Fig Bonsai | Ficus with a Light, Airy Canopy
The Willow Leaf Fig Bonsai Tree forms long, narrow leaves that resemble the soft sweep of a weeping willow. Native to India and Nepal, it stays small in bonsai form and settles into a broom-style outline with foliage that radiates outward in a gentle fan. Near a window with bright, indirect light, it maintains a compact, upright presence and gradually fills out into its characteristic airy canopy.
Fig Bonsai Tree | Practical, Easy Routine Bonsai for Indoor Gardeners
This indoor plants bonsai enjoys bright conditions but also tolerates partial sun. When temperatures rise above 50°F, it can spend time outdoors in soft morning light. Water when the pot feels about half lighter—typically every 5–7 days—by submerging it up to the rim for about ten minutes and draining fully. Occasional pinching once or twice a year helps keep its form tidy without interrupting its natural growth.
Willow Leaf Bonsai | Minimalist Bonsai for Shelves and Small Spaces
With its willow-like leaves and structured silhouette, the Willow Leaf Fig works naturally on shelves, bedside tables, windowsills, and quiet workspaces. The Midnight Black vessel provides a clean, modern base.
