Renee’s Stir-fry Pan Pacific Greens Seed Mix is an ideal choice for home gardeners and small-scale farmers looking to grow a continuous supply of fresh, flavorful greens. This vibrant mix includes Mizuna, Tatsoi, Shungiku, and Red Mustard—each offering unique textures and spice levels that shine in stir-fries, sautés, and fresh dishes. Suited for cool-season planting in both spring and fall, these fast-maturing greens thrive in well-prepared garden beds or containers.
The plants grow best in full sun to partial shade with fertile, moisture-retentive soil. Successive sowing every few weeks ensures a steady harvest of tender, leafy greens throughout the season. Many of these varieties are nutrient-dense and cold-tolerant, making them an excellent addition to any organic vegetable plot or urban garden space. Their upright growth habit allows for easy harvesting and efficient use of space.
Whether you’re enriching your meals with homegrown greens or improving your garden’s soil health through crop rotation, this seed mix delivers productivity and variety in every planting. Expect reliable germination, robust leaf production, and quick returns from seed to harvest in as little as five weeks.
