The Berrylicious Strawberry comes straight out of Japan’s premium strawberry heartland, the same legendary growing region in Fukuoka Prefecture where the country’s most coveted varieties were refined for decades, and where strawberries are treated more like fine dessert fruit than everyday produce! It rises from that elite breeding lineage lines selected generation after generation for vigour, uniformity, and a naturally rich, almost confection-like flavour- strains never shared beyond Japan’s borders until now! Its parentage remains deliberately guarded by the breeders who developed it, but anyone familiar with Japan’s top-tier fruit will recognize the craftsmanship instantly: beautifully balanced plants, impressive berry set, and a flavour profile with that soft, full sweetness Japan is famous for. We call it Berrylicious here, the first genuine Japanese-born variety with real pedigree and decadent character behind it, finally available to North American growers after years of being kept exclusive overseas!
