Regal contrast in every leaf: the ultimate variegated dream team
Princess Duo: Pink & White Philodendron Set | Fast EU shipping | Grown with love in the EU
Summary: This stunning set features two of the most coveted Philodendrons—one mature Pink Princess with dramatic blush and black foliage, and one baby White Princess with crisp white variegation on emerald leaves. A perfect contrast for any collector or stylish indoor jungle.
✨ Why You'll Love the Princess Duo
- Includes 1 x medium Pink Princess and 1 x baby White Princess Philodendron
- Rare and highly sought-after variegation in pink, white, deep green, and near-black
- Ideal for collectors, gifting, or creating a colour-balanced plant shelf
- Philodendrons are known for their forgiving nature and beautiful growth habits
- Thrives in European indoor conditions—especially German apartments
🌞 Light & Placement
Place in bright, indirect light to encourage strong variegation. Avoid direct midday sun which may scorch the variegated portions. A north or east-facing windowsill is ideal.
💧 Water & Humidity
Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feel dry. These Philodendrons appreciate higher humidity, so mist regularly or use a humidifier—especially in winter.
🪴 Soil & Potting
Use a chunky, well-draining mix with plenty of perlite or orchid bark. Repot every 1–2 years to refresh soil and support healthy root growth.
🐾 Toxicity & Safety
Not pet-safe. Like most aroids, these plants can be toxic if ingested by pets or children.
🌱 Growth & Propagation
The Pink Princess will grow into a tall, vining beauty with support, while the White Princess stays compact and bushy. Both can be propagated via stem cuttings once mature.
📆 Seasonal & Special Care
Reduce watering in winter. Rotate regularly to keep balanced growth. Use a gentle, balanced fertilizer during spring and summer.
🐛 Common Issues
Watch for pests like spider mites or thrips—especially on variegated leaves. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so drainage is key.
🧬 Botanical Background
Both varieties belong to the Philodendron erubescens species, native to the rainforests of South America. Through selective cultivation, these hybrids showcase some of the most dramatic variegation seen in the houseplant world.
