The flowers of the month for July are the Waterlily and Larkspur. I chose to paint the Waterlily in three styles, one watercolor on cyanotype, one pastel on cyanotype and one abstract watercolor. The Waterlily represents purity, majesty and birth. Waterlilies remind me of Monet’s paintings and they’re also the flower of my birth month, so I like them quite a lot.
