About Neon Pothos
The Neon Pothos (Epipremnum aureum 'Neon') is a striking variety of the classic pothos, known for its luminous lime-green foliage. This low maintenance house plant grows as a trailing vine, making it perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or climbing supports. As one of the best low light indoor plants, it adapts well to various indoor environments while maintaining its vibrant color.
Why Grow Neon Pothos
This easy indoor plant is renowned for its air purifying qualities, actively filtering indoor air pollutants. Its distinctive lemon lime pothos coloring brightens any space, making it one of the best office plants available. The variegated neon pothos is exceptionally versatile, thriving in both home and office settings. As a low light houseplant, it's perfect for spaces with minimal sunlight while remaining easy to maintain.
Care Tips
Neon pothos plant care is straightforward, making it ideal for beginners. Place in low to bright indirect light, avoiding direct sunlight which can fade its vibrant color. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. Maintains best color in moderate to high humidity but adapts to average indoor conditions. Fertilize monthly during growing season with balanced houseplant fertilizer. Prune as needed to maintain desired shape and promote bushier growth. Ideal temperature range is 60-80°F.
