Probably the proudest cross I’ve ever made. I’m not sure if this cross has been done before, but either way I am just about as proud as a cactus grower can be about it. Two absolute legends, both collector’s gold, crossed together! My proudest cross since Mallacht Cut x Grandfather 😎
Great story to this glorious cactus, one I never tire of telling. A friend of mine that I got the cutting from has a good friend that is Peruvian. The Peruvian guy’s Grandfather brought this cutting over in a backpack over 60 years ago when he came to the US from Peru.
T pach “Ogun” aka Ogunbodode. Originally acquired from Sacred Succulents. An absolute legend, IYKYK.
***The first group of pics are of T peru “Grandfather” and the second group of pics are of T pach “Ogun”
