Experience powerful, low-impact conditioning with the Vortex VX3 Fluid Assist AR Water Rower, designed to deliver a natural rowing feel that closely mimics on-water resistance. Fluid Assist AR technology adapts instantly to your effort—push harder to increase resistance—making each stroke smooth, quiet, and responsive. This self-regulating resistance helps reduce joint stress while allowing users to train efficiently at any intensity level.
Rowing engages the legs, glutes, back, arms, shoulders, and core in a single, coordinated movement, making it one of the most effective full-body cardio workouts available. The VX3 supports strength development, cardiovascular endurance, and calorie burn while promoting proper posture and balanced muscle activation. Its fluid resistance system encourages consistent stroke mechanics, helping users build power and stamina without harsh impact on the joints.
Built with durable construction and a sleek, modern design, the Vortex VX3 Fluid Assist AR Water Rower is ideal for home gyms, studios, and light commercial environments. Quiet operation and minimal maintenance make it easy to integrate into any training space. For users seeking a joint-friendly, full-body cardio solution that delivers smooth performance and long-term reliability, this water rower provides an immersive and results-driven training experience.

Great thick surgery protector
Size: 20 Ft, Color: White
I am so glad there was a 20ft option. Our house is 104 years old and sockets were very scarce. I guess when we updated the electric we should have added more sockets lol I have a desktop Coca-Cola fridge and I run a desktop Vornado fan year round. So this was the perfect length to plug these 2 items in. I liked that this has a large extension cord on it. Feels very furable and that it has more meat in it yo protect my items vs the thin corded ones. It also has places to charge USB or USB C. Love the design a lot. Having the prongs turned to add from side works perfect and leaves more room for additional plugs. Very portable and no noise whatsoever.

Easy assemble and not to big!
Color: Black, Size: 132in-Large Metal Base
I bought this because I fo a lot of zoom/teams meetings and work just mandated no false backgrounds (don’t ask) soooo to hide my real home and allow others to roam free while I work I got this. Easy to assemble although you will need some space. I thought I might be to big at 11’ wide as I have a small desk area but actually it’s perfect and could use a couple more panels. Leaves just enough room so I’m not completely cocooned - I can move my chair and get up walk behind chair and exit space. Great deal and tax deductible!

Fair Quality, Hour and a half build
Color: Black, Size: 132in-Large Metal Base
Key things: It does (more or less, not completely) fold in on itself, it does block nearly all visibility (especially from an angle), it was only about an hour and thirty minutes to put together, and it is light weight.
Do I recommend? Yeah.
