How to Grow Wormwood:
- Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost or sow directly outdoors once the soil warms.
- Lightly press seeds into the surface without covering, as they need light to germinate.
- Water moderately—avoid overwatering, as Wormwood prefers dry to medium soil conditions.
- Once established, trim occasionally to encourage bushy growth and prevent woodiness.
*Use responsibly and for short durations only; not for pregnant or nursing individuals.
