Philodendron 'Florida Ghost' is a highly sought-after and unique tropical plant renowned for its ethereal beauty and captivating foliage transformation. This rare hybrid is believed to be a cross between Philodendron pedatum and Philodendron squamiferum, showcasing the best traits of both parent plants.
The most striking feature of the Florida Ghost is its new foliage. As leaves emerge, they unfurl in a ghostly white or pale yellow hue, creating a mesmerizing contrast against the deep green mature leaves. The young leaves gradually transition from this spectral white to a vibrant chartreuse before finally maturing to a rich green, creating a dynamic and ever-changing display of color. The leaves themselves are deeply lobed and glossy, adding to the plant's visual appeal.
Beyond its foliage, the Florida Ghost boasts striking red petioles (leaf stalks) that add another layer of interest to its overall appearance. This vining plant thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers a warm, humid environment, making it well-suited for indoor cultivation.
The succulent plant housed in the black pot comes in a 130mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
