Summary: This highly sought-after variegated Philodendron delights with marbled green foliage that shifts with light and maturity. In this adorable XS baby size (P3, H8), it is perfect for collectors and plant lovers looking for a rare statement plant for European homes and German apartments.
✨ Why You'll Love the Philodendron ‘Paraiso Verde’
- Rare variegated Philodendron with beautifully unpredictable marbling
- XS baby size in a P3 pot, approximately 8 cm tall
- A compact collector’s plant for shelves, desks, and small indoor spaces
- Fast-growing climbing habit as it matures
- Ideal for indoor plant collections in European homes
🌞 Light & Placement
- Prefers bright, indirect light for the best variegation
- Avoid harsh direct midday sun, which can scorch young leaves
- Great near east- or west-facing windows
- Can tolerate medium light, though leaf patterning may become less pronounced
💧 Water & Humidity
- Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry
- Keep lightly moist but never soggy
- Enjoys moderate to high humidity, especially during dry winter months
- Perfect for warm rooms with stable indoor conditions
🪴 Soil & Potting
- Use a loose, airy aroid mix with bark, perlite, and potting soil
- Good drainage is essential for healthy baby roots
- Repot only when the plant becomes root-bound
🐾 Toxicity & Safety
- Not pet-safe
- Like other Philodendrons, it contains calcium oxalate crystals and should be kept away from cats, dogs, and curious children
🌱 Growth & Propagation
- Climbing growth habit that benefits from support as it matures
- Leaves become more elongated and dramatic over time
- Can be propagated by stem cuttings with nodes once mature enough
📆 Seasonal & Special Care
- Growth is strongest in spring and summer
- Reduce watering slightly in winter when growth slows
- Feed monthly during the growing season with a diluted houseplant fertilizer
- Thrives best in temperatures between 18 and 27°C, making it well suited to European indoor living
🐛 Common Issues
- Yellow leaves usually indicate overwatering
- Brown edges can signal dry air or inconsistent watering
- Reduced variegation often means the plant needs more light
- Keep an eye out for spider mites in very dry indoor conditions
🧬 Botanical Background
- Genus: Philodendron
- Cultivar: ‘Paraiso Verde’
- A prized collector’s aroid known for its mottled green variegation
- Popular among rare plant lovers across Germany and the EU

A Nice Sturdy Desk
Color: White, Size: 40inch without Power Outlet
There are many pieces to this desk. Read over the instructions carefully, several times before beginning. Once you understand how to assemble, it is fairly easy. It will take some time but, the final outcome is worth it.
This is a beautiful two drawer desk that once assembled is very sturdy and functional. I searched for a desk of this size as I needed it to fit in a small nook in my loft. A perfect fit. There is plenty of room for a 15 inch laptop, a mobile phone, mouse pad, and several handheld ham radios.
The finish is nice, no defects noted. The two drawers are very roomy and provide storage for pads of paper, staplers, pens, pencils, and other office necessities. As with any desk, I recommend ordering a desk top clear vinyl protector. There are numerous options on Amazon. It will preserve and protect your desktop from scratches and spills. If care is taken, I'm sure this desk will last. I would purchase again.

The product is a good one!
Color: White, Size: 40inch without Power Outlet
The desk is conveniently assembled and looks nice. My daughter likes it.
One drawback is the corners of its top panel are a bit sharp and it would be better if they are rounded.

Choo Choo Desk
Color: White, Size: 40inch without Power Outlet
When looking for a desk; you're considering size and practicality for your purchase. Additionally, you're hoping the assembly of the desk will not require a brain surgeon to apply assembly. As this is my second Choo Choo Desk purchase; both the price, size, practicality and assembly are top notch. My wife uses one as her craft/sewing platform and the other as her computer desk. In placing both side by side, she can negotiate from one to the other with little to no effort and as it offers enough room on each platform with drawers for her notions, notebooks and patterns; She is quite content with her Choo Choo Desk(s) set up.
For those searching for a great desk, this Choo Choo set is ideal for minimum sized areas. One has a power bar with A/C and USB ports while the other is a simple desk corner to corner.

Good quality desk for the money
Color: White, Size: 40inch without Power Outlet
Overall this is nice little desk, cute, sturdy, and relatively easy to put together by myself. I took one star off because the bottoms of the desk drawers was missing. I contacted the seller and initially got a pretty quick response that the manufacturer would send replacement pieces and provide the shipping tracking information from the warehouse as soon as they had it. Then a few weeks went by without any word and I couldn't seem to contact anyone again (every link came up broken) so I thought I was essentially ghosted. But then they did contact me with the tracking information and eventually sent the replacement drawer flats.
So it took almost two months to resolve but I did get the missing pieces and overall I'm pretty happy with this desk as it was exactly what I wanted for my small home office.
