FAQs
For optimal results, the Mega Optic 720W provides a flowering coverage of 4' x 4' and a vegetative coverage of up to 5' x 5'. The recommended mounting height is between 18 and 36 inches above the canopy.
The custom 90-degree optic lenses focus the light, enabling it to penetrate deep into the plant canopy (up to 4 feet). This ensures that lower leaves receive ample light, promoting more uniform growth and increasing overall yield compared to lights without focused lenses.
Absolutely. The Mega Optic 720W features a balanced, full-spectrum output that is ideal for all stages of plant growth, from seedlings and vegetative phases right through to heavy flowering.
Yes. The light is equipped with a 0-10V RJ port, making it fully compatible with most external lighting controllers. This allows you to automate dimming, scheduling, and other advanced lighting functions for precise environmental control.
The Mega Optic 720W is designed to replace a 1000W HPS/MH system. It delivers a comparable PPF (light output) while consuming about 25% less electricity and producing significantly less heat, which can help reduce cooling costs.
HortiBloom fixtures are built with premium, reliable components like Samsung and Osram diodes. They are UL-listed for safety and backed by a solid 5-year warranty, making them a secure and high-performance investment for any grower.
