Good value and quality
Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
Excellent quality and the perfect size for my small pet to swallow. I like knowing it didn't have a lot of unnecessary chemicals and additives as well.

Not good
Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
Didn’t help and I woke up with a headache. Natrol 1 mg time release is better for me but it’s not available any more.
