Introducing the Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Convertible Car Seat w/SensorSafe

The revolution just got extended! The Evenflo® Gold Revolve360™ Extend All-in-One Rotational Car Seat with SensorSafe™ offers the extended security of rear-facing all the way up to 50 lb. Child safety experts say the longer your child remains rear-facing, the better, and the Revolve360 Extend is here to help with peace of mind all the way around. A spin-off of the Revolve360, America’s bestselling rotating car seat, the Revolve360 Extend offers one-hand, 360° rotation that makes it easy to get your child in and out of the car. But a 360° rotating car seat is just the beginning. You’re looking for a safe car seat — and the smart car seat choice is a connected car seat. The Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Extend will help put your mind at ease when it comes to child car seat safety, featuring SensorSafe to connect you to your little one from the backseat. While your eyes are focused on the road, integrated SensorSafe technology alerts you in real-time to four potentially unsafe conditions from your child’s car seat via your phone: unexpected chest clip unbuckling, temperature too hot or too cold, child unattended in the car, and child seated too long. Install the seat just once for rear-facing and forward-facing modes of use — no need to remove the seat in order to make the switch. Sure360™ Safety Installation System with LockStrong™ and Tether360™, plus a handy bead-level indicator for leveling in seconds, make your one-time installation safe, secure and simple. The best swivel car seat is one that lasts! The Revolve360 Extend is the only car seat you’ll ever need, growing with your child with 3 modes that adapt to every stage: rear-facing (4 to 50 lb), forward-facing (22 to 65 lb) and booster (40 to 120 lb). This innovative car seat also comes with a zip-on, ergonomic leg rest to add comfort for growing legs. On-the-go recline means you can adjust the car seat to the perfect angle without having to uninstall or bother your child. This is the crème de la crème of swivel car seats. Offering good looks and ease at every turn, the Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Extend features our most sophisticated fabrics and elevated touches to finish off your bold moves in style. Join the revolution! At Evenflo, we go above and beyond government standards to create car seats that are safe. The Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Extend meets or exceeds all applicable federal safety standards. It is structural integrity tested at energy levels approximately 2x the federal crash test standard, and it is side-impact tested, rollover tested and temperature tested.

Great Sunscreen, But Size and Application Could Be Better
I’ve been looking for a baby sunscreen with clean ingredients, and this one is fantastic in that regard! It’s gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin and provides great protection against the sun. I love knowing that it’s free from harsh chemicals, and it gives me peace of mind every time we head outdoors. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size and the application. The bottle is smaller than I expected, so I go through it pretty quickly with my active little one. Also, the sunscreen is a bit thick and doesn’t go on as smoothly as I’d like—it takes a little more effort to rub in evenly, especially on squirmy babies! Overall, though, it’s a solid product, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, safe sunscreen for their baby. Just wish it came in a bigger size and was a bit easier to apply!

Florida resident and I LOVE THIS... for kids too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Honest review here. We live in Florida so I have tried a lot of sunscreens and this is my new favorite stick... HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It goes on smoothly and is a thin but white formula. So it shows up and blocks sun but it isn't so thick that it is annoying. Our family spends a lot of time at the beach and outside in the sun. Sun protection is something we take very seriously. I always require SPF 50 and I like a solid block that has Zinc Oxide. So that limits my choices b/c it has to have 50 plus the ZO. I love that this is hypoallegenic (b/c some of them can contain toxic materials that are highly allergic especially for children). My favorite feature is that it is PABA, phthalates, fragrances, parabens, dyes, alcohol and oxybenzone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Convenient non-toxic option
Exactly what I was looking for. Non-toxic convenient option for sunblock. I keep one in my purse, our outdoor bag and in the car. Rubs in easy no weirdness. We are light complected so I'm not sure if it would leave white cast on a darker skin tone. I use it daily on my face, ears and hands.

Mineral sunscreen stick review - poor at blending
I’m writing a review for this product as well as a number of other mineral sunscreen sticks (MSS) after testing a bunch of them—scroll down to point #6 below if you want to know which one I thought was the best. I’ve placed this exact review on every single other MSS I used. I specifically elected to go with mineral-based sunscreens—lots of talk on the environmental effects of the other sunscreens (not sure how much of this is actually true, but I’m willing to avoid the non-mineral sunscreens given the minimal investment on my part). Here are a few important points about this review: 1. No one paid me to write this review. I put down my own $140 to get all 13 of these MSSs. I just wanted to find the best one by limiting as much bias as possible. Yes, my wife definitely gave me the you’re-crazy-but-I-guess-I’m-stuck-now look. 2. Quick sunscreen tutorial. Most dermatologists say we should try to get an SPF of 30+. Each 1% of zinc counts for 1.6 SPF, so to hit SPF 30, your zinc has to be 18.75%+. Each 1% of titanium counts for 2.6 SPF, so a combination of zinc and titanium could get you to SPF 30 as well. Titanium apparently isn’t good enough to block UV-A (cancer causing and photo-aging) light on its own, so you must add zinc to it. I calculated the SPF based on the stated zinc and titanium percentages on the label and these calculations were usually different from the quoted SPFs (they might be adding more SPFs from other ingredients, but I can’t say for sure). Nine of the 13 MSSs had calculated SPFs 30+. Only 4 of the 13 had a calculated SPF greater than or equal to the label SPF. 3. Because I can’t judge cancer prevention or aging blockade in the short term, avoiding burns and eye irritation are the most important immediately observable elements of an MSS. Every MSS I tested did equally well in burn avoidance and eye irritation avoidance. 4. It should be noted that I’m not Caucasian, I’m South Asian. If you don’t know what that is exactly, Wikipedia it or watch some Russell Peters standup comedy (his old stuff, not his new stuff). My skin color is probably similar to that of Benjamin Bratt (mind you, we’re talking about his skin color only… I’m not even in the same galaxy of overall looks as he is, much to my wife’s chagrin). The ability of a white-colored MSS to blend is crucial for me. And yes, even brown people like me need sunscreen. It would absolutely suck for me as a South Asian to have a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension, skillfully dodge those bullets with diet and exercise and luck, only to get taken out by skin cancer. 5. I like most scents. It seems like so many things are going unscented now—an MSS that is truly unscented is okay, but a lot of things labeled “unscented,” actually have an odd, unpleasant (sort of like bad oatmeal) smell to them. The scent score is logged as a “3” if it’s truly unscented, a “5” if it has a great scent, and a “1” if it smells bad. 6. Here’s the final conclusion. Only 3 of the 13 MSSs I tested had the following combination of characteristics: calculated SPF 30+, smell score 3+, and blend score 4+. These top three were: Neutrogena Sheer Zinc, Aveeno Positively Mineral, and Blue Lizard. When you factor in cost, it’s a no-brainer—Neutrogena and Aveeno were only half the cost of Blue Lizard. Therefore, my two winners (tied for first place) are Neutrogena Sheer Zinc and Aveeno Positively Mineral. Honorable mention for Blue Lizard—twice as expensive as the others, but might be slightly easier to maneuver on your face given the smaller size stick (this is a stretch compliment for Blue Lizard—I think NSZ and APM are just better). Hope this helps you select your next mineral sunscreen stick! A^2
