Introducing the Spider Plant: Variegated Bonnie, a beautiful and versatile plant with unique variegated leaves. Perfect for any plant lover!
Light: Spider plants, including Bonnie, prefer bright, indirect light, but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight, as it can burn the leaves.
Watering: Water when the top inch or two of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the soil has good drainage and the pot has drainage holes.
Humidity: Spider plants adapt well to typical indoor humidity levels, but they can also tolerate drier air.
Temperature: Spider plants thrive in temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C).
Soil: Use an average potting mix that drains well.
Fertilizing: Spider plants can store nutrients in their roots and don't need frequent fertilization. Fertilize every two weeks during spring and summer with a houseplant fertilizer.
Propagation: Spider plants easily propagate through their baby plants (spiderettes) that grow on long stems. You can detach them and pot them in separate container
