CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-
☀️ Light: Bright, diffused light. The plant appreciates a sunny spot but should be protected from direct, scorching sunlight during the hottest summer months.
-
💧 Watering: Infrequent. Zamia stores moisture in its thick base, so the soil must dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly in winter.
-
🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives at standard room temperature. Misting is not necessary as the plant tolerates dry air well, but the leaves will appreciate dusting.
-
🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly – all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested, so place it out of reach of pets.
🏠 MOST SUITABLE ROOM
-
Bright living room where its symmetrical foliage can become the central accent of the space.
-
Office spaces, as the plant is low-maintenance and looks great on solid desks or shelves.
-
Sunny hallway with enough space for the plant’s leaf spread.
