Description

bishop's cap succulent Astrophytum myriostigma - Bishop's CapThis typically solitary, spineless cactus forms a green, cylindrical stem covered in tiny white scales lending it a silvery texture and appearance. The ribbed stem can reach up to 3 feet tall at maturity, though, like many cacti, it is slow growing. Hardy only to Zone 9, this succulent can be grown outdoors in temperate climates, or makes a unique addition to a sunny indoor windowsill in less consistently warm environments. One of the easiest

This typically solitary, spineless cactus forms a green, cylindrical stem covered in tiny white scales – lending it a silvery texture and appearance.

One of the easiest Astrophytum to grow, A. myriostigma is an excellent beginner’s cactus. Despite its relatively small root system, this variety requires only minimal water, bright light, and a porous soil mix in a well-draining pot in order to thrive. Indeed, this variety is better suited to tolerate neglect than excessive coddling! During the summer months, take care to shield ‘Bishop’s Cap’ from direct afternoon sun, which could cause sun burning.

Mature and contented plants will produce glossy yellow blooms throughout the summer months, which release a sweet fragrance into the room and ultimately produce a small reddish-brown fruit.

Best sub paper!
Size: 8.5"x11"
This is actually my second box of this paper I purchased. I use it that much! I like it that much! It works easily through my Epson 2850. The sub ink transfers to this paper with vibrant colors before pressing. I like the ASub print on the back to help me load the paper correctly in my printer. The ink does not bleed through the paper. I like that this paper comes in a plastic bag and in a box. This is helpful to keep the moisture out of the paper. The paper is durable as I try to manipulate on my substrate.

It works
The adhesion on this is great once you've pressed it down. Key to note that it slips off very easily if it's not firmly pressed to the paper Im sublimating with. That's more of a plus for me because it's easy to move around and adjust without ripping the paper. Great value for the dollar overall. Performance wise it's done a great job of holding down the paper and stopping bleed through.
