The soup base is the soul of a hot pot. Crafting it from scratch can be complex, requiring a wide array of spices and region-specific ingredients from across China. That’s why ready-to-use hot pot broths are a game changer—convenient, authentic, and available in a variety of flavors to suit every taste.
Cooking Instruction
- Add 1000ml -1200ml drinking water (about 2 bottles of mineral water);
- Add the mushroom paste 150g, let it simmer for 5 minutes;
- Add your favorite sliced meat or vegetables till it’s cooked and enjoy!
Personal suggestions: use fresh mushroom sliced to bite-sized pieces to add extra meatiness, don’t forget to taste the soup~
