Pachyveria 'Exotica' commonly known as 'Powder Puff', is a hybrid of Pachyphytum Oviferum and Echeveria Cante. It is a stunning succulent that every plant lover should consider adding to their collection and is a great choice for indoor growing.
The leaves of Pachyveria 'Powder Puff' are a powdery silvery-blue color, with a hint of silver and pink tips when exposed to full sun. The leaves will also blush violet in strong light or cold temperatures, adding to the plant's beauty. During the spring and summer months, it produces a raceme of small bell-shaped apricot flowers, which further enhances its beauty.
This slow-growing succulent can reach up to 15 cm tall and wide, making it a great choice for those who want a smaller plant. It can be grown both indoors and outdoors, with outdoor growing producing a larger and healthier plant. However, it is important to remember that Pachyveria 'Powder Puff' is not cold hardy and should be moved indoors during the winter season to prevent damage or death.
Despite its delicate appearance, Pachyveria 'Powder Puff' is an easy plant to care for. With the right growing conditions, it will thrive and reward its owner with stunning beauty. Overall, 'Powder Puff' is a beautiful and easy-to-grow succulent that is a must-have for any collection.
