- This plant’s popularity has grown in recent years. This may be due to several studies that have demonstrated the ability of plants to remove harmful chemicals from indoor air. Dracaena species, including ‘Art’ varieties, rank high on this list. Specifically, they can remove significant amounts of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Benzene, formaldehyde, and trichloroethylene are three common VOC’s. This chemicals are released into the air from flooring and furniture.
- Care of a Dracaena ‘Art’ is straightforward. This plant requires very little water. It should be watered only when the top 2-3 inches of soil feels dry. It prefers to be watered from the bottom, as the roots are concentrated at the bottom of the pot. Overwatering will cause the ends of the leaves to turn black, and the stems to root. The soil should be porous and well drained. If possible, give this plant water from the bottom only.
- This plant prefers medium light, but will tolerate low light if watered sparingly. The stems can be pruned when they get tall. New shoots will form from the site of the cut. The cuttings can be rooted in water, or directly in soil. Dipping the end of the cutting in rooting hormone before placing in the soil will increase the chance of success.

A small upgrade that transformed my kitchen: practical, elegant, and surprisingly satisfying

I bought these grinders while reorganizing my kitchen and realized something simple: I use salt and pepper every single day, but I always had messy, inconvenient containers. I wanted something functional but also nice-looking, so I chose this set somewhat urgently… and it turned out to be a great decision.
From the very first use, I loved them. The one-hand operation makes such a difference, especially when you’re cooking and your other hand is busy. Just press a button and it works effortlessly.
One thing that really surprised me is the adjustable grind settings. I didn’t think I’d use that feature much, but now I actually notice the difference depending on what I’m cooking. The grind is consistent, and it really helps preserve the flavor of the spices.
The charging base is another big plus. Not having to deal with batteries is such a relief, and they charge pretty quickly. I just keep them on the base, and they’re always ready to go.
I also really like the LED light. It might seem like a small detail, but it’s actually very helpful when you want to control exactly how much seasoning you’re adding.
And honestly, they also look great. They add a modern, organized touch to my kitchen, which I appreciate more than I expected.
In the end, I bought them just to get more organized… and they became one of those everyday items you actually enjoy using. I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.

You don't think it will change your life, but it will.

Had this grinder set for almost a year now and I, and my girlfriend can easily say we love these things. It genuinely makes cooking so much easier as salt and pepper are core foundations of seasoning. We've used these almost everyday, for all meals 2-3 times day and we have ZERO complaints. We love fresh cracked pepper but hate those small containers that you hand crack with, I'm looking at you McCormick. Need to season some steaks? Use these and in few seconds boom you're done without any straining whatsoever.
The setup is super straightforward and extremely simple. The containers do NOT come pre-filled with either salt nor pepper, however you can pick these up from say walmart for only a buck or two. Once you filled the containers, on the bottom of the grinders, you can easily select the grinding size that you want which is freaking awesome. Again for my steaks I like a bit bigger size of salt / pepper, however if I'm doing say an omelette I want something a bit finer. The charging base is awesome, however I will say these hold a charge for quite a while. We didn't charge these for over a month and they're still working hard. I believe the grind speed is perfect as it's not too slow nor too fast where I have to worry about over-seasoning my food.

They grind well, but have design flaws

These worked great for a few months, but then minor inconveniences became bigger issues.
While I initially liked these a lot...I would not purchase units with this design again
Pros:
These do grind well and have good adjustments to grind size.
The battery lasts plenty of time for a long cooking session
Flaws:
-because the grind comes out the bottom the base fills up with bits and grinding dust very quickly
-the location of the button inevitably leads you to pushing the button unintentionally when returning to the base
-the charging contacts are very small which means the smallest amount of material in the base makes the grinder sit crooked...and not charge
-in the past few weeks one of the seals on the bottom no longer will sit flush in the unit...which if course makes it sit crooked in the base and you guessed it...it won't charge. It seems to get a little worse as it is used more and I am waiting for it to basically become so bad it won't work at all anymore
The amount of material in the base in the photo is from probably 3-5 days of daily use.
