Philodendron Gloriosum, the velvety beauty of Colombian forests
Philodendron gloriosum is a creeping terrestrial plant native to the rainforests of Colombia, belonging to the Araceae family. Unlike most climbing philodendrons, it spreads horizontally along the ground thanks to a thick, fleshy rhizome, which can reach a leaf spread of 60 to 90 cm under optimal indoor conditions.
Each leaf unfolds a velvety, deep green surface, traversed by immaculate white veins that branch out with almost geometric precision. This striking contrast between the matte background and the luminous veins gives Philodendron Gloriosum an incomparable graphic presence. Its creeping rhizomatous growth , quite unique in the Philodendron genus, distinguishes it from its relatives and gives it a naturally spreading, generous, and architectural form.
Adopt the Philodendron Gloriosum today and give your home a touch of Colombian rainforest, delivered directly to your door.
