The new X-HAWG is just the ticket for anyone looking for an all-around jerk/twitch bait that doubles as a crank and trolling bait. Throw it as a twitch bait; go a little harder and you’ve got a side-to-side jerk bait; speed up with a straight retrieve for a crank bait; or lock it in and start trolling.
Equipped with VMC hooks and a steel lip for rock-pounding toughness, the X-HAWG can be pulled down to 10-15 feet, or trolled hard to even greater depths. Slight upward or downward bends to the lip will help you find just the right depth for the way you want to use it. Weighted just right, the X-HAWG will start the Hawg Seeker signature slow, dead rise on the pause or inside turn. Sub-surface, the X-HAWG has just the right wobble and vibration to entice that hungry predator.
