Meet the Citrus Lovers Bundle: an Improved Meyer Lemon Bush and a Key Lime Bush, paired up for double the homegrown goodness! Sweet, fragrant lemons meet tart, tangy limes — perfect for brightening up recipes, cocktails, or anyone who loves the idea of harvesting fresh fruit at home. Easy to care for, this duo brings lush greenery, fragrant blossoms, and plenty of zest right to your space.
Why You'll Love It:
- Compact Size: Container-friendly and great for patios, balconies, or small gardens.
- Year-Round Interest: With glossy evergreen leaves, fragrant flowers, and vibrant fruit, they're a four-season showstopper.
- Abundant Fruit: Both the Meyer Lemon and Key Lime bushes can produce generous harvests, giving you plenty of fresh citrus to enjoy throughout the season.
What's "Improved" About the Meyer Lemon?
The “Improved" in Improved Meyer Lemon Bush refers to advancements made to this variety of lemons to be more disease-resistant, which was a major issue for the original Meyer Lemon trees.
Overall, the Improved Meyer Lemon Bush is a very low-maintenance fruit tree, requiring nothing special beyond sunlight and water (if you want to coo some sweet nothings to it, I'm sure it won't complain).
Care Notes:
For folks in zones 8 through 11, these plants can stay outdoors all year-round, so go ahead and plant it in the ground if you'd like. For folks in cooler climates, down to zone 4, we recommend planting this in a container so you can move it indoors when the weather cools.
