An unfussy mix for a glorious cottage garden. Seeds by Hudson Valley Seed Co, and Pack designed by Nicole Gustafsson. Embrace the joyful maximalism of a true cottage garden! This mix is designed to help you create a free-flowing floral fantasy, where blooms spill over paths and mingle in a wild, welcoming, and gloriously overgrown display. It’s a carefully selected blend of cottage garden classics—including Foxglove, Rudbeckia, Daisies, Cosmos, Love in a Mist, Poppies, and Zinnias—that work together to create an ever-changing jungle of flowers. Because each seed is tuned to its own timeline, with some germinating in days and others in weeks, your garden will transform throughout the season into a delightful canopy of color.
To achieve this look of abundant informality, simply scatter the seeds liberally in a spot with partial to full sun. This blend isn't fussy, preferring average soil with fair to good drainage. For a profusion of blooms, be sure the soil is only moderately fertile; excessive nitrogen will favor leaf growth over flowers. Invite in the energy of beautiful chaos and watch as your doorstep is transformed.
