Tillandsia streptocarpa is a fascinating species native to Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. Known for its elegant, unconventional form, it stands out in any air plant collection with its graceful, flowing structure and natural character.
One of its most unique qualities is its fragrant blooms—something rare among Tillandsias—adding an unexpected sensory element when in flower. Distinctive, airy, and full of personality, streptocarpa is sure to be a conversation piece wherever it’s displayed.
Some of our air plant photos are of blooming plants. We will send you budding or blooming tillandsias if they are available but they are limited. Half the fun of Tillys is watching and waiting for them to burst into color!
