Precision Calcium Nutrition for Growers Who Demand Results
Metalosate® Calcium is an amino acid chelated calcium fertilizer formulated for foliar application to prevent or correct calcium deficiencies that limit crop quality and yields. Produced by Balchem (Albion Plant Nutrition), it delivers 18% calcium via a patented Calcium Amino Acid Complex — fully water soluble, nontoxic to plants when applied as directed, and certified for use in USDA organic programs via third-party verification.
Why Amino Acid Chelation?
- 18% Amino Acid Complexed Calcium — Albion's patented complexing technology ensures superior absorption and translocation vs. conventional calcium sources
- Rapid Foliar Uptake — Amino acid carriers transport calcium directly through leaf tissue for fast, efficient deficiency correction
- Fully Water Soluble — No residue; compatible with most foliar spray and fertigation programs
- USDA Organic Certified — Meets rigorous organic certification standards via third-party verification
- Nontoxic to Plants — Safe for use on sensitive crops when applied as directed
