About this Collection

Your first step toward bonsai mastery! This collection includes 5 trees selected from our nursery for their suitability for shaping.

About Jonsteen's Seedlings

All of our trees are seed-grown at our nursery on California's Redwood Coast, which is inspected monthly and licensed by the California Department of Agriculture. Trees can provide a natural barrier against high winds, temperatures, noise pollution and soil erosion, all while benefiting local air quality, wildlife and property values — a Jonsteen seedling will only grow in value and beauty!

About Jonsteen's 100% Guarantee

All of our trees are guaranteed to arrive healthy and in good condition. If one of your trees perishes despite your honest efforts, we will be happy to replace it with a small-sized seedling for just the cost of shipping/handling. You can learn more about our guarantee and tree replacement policy here.

Size Charts

Seedling Size Charts

Due to the dynamic nature of actively growing trees, as well as the tremendous variation between species’ growth rates, we rely on the cubic volume of a seedling’s root mass to determine its “size” (Small / Medium / Large / XL). Within each size there is minor variance — the dimensions provided here represent the category minimum. If exact measurements are essential, please contact us about current stock.

So Much Fun! High Quality & Perfect Alexa Smart Integration.
Color: Black
I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must. The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient. It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. You can change the colors instantly to give the room whatever mood or feel you are in the mood for. The build quality feels solid, and after months of daily, continuous use, the durability is excellent with no flickering or dimming. It has truly added a new level of enjoyment and style to my office space. PROS: High-quality appearance that makes any desk or TV setup look professional Tons of fun color combinations and dynamic mood settings Flawless smart home compatibility with Alexa Great durability for daily, long-term use CONS: There are so many features and color modes in the Govee app that it can take a little bit of time to learn where everything is, but it is worth it.

Cool light bars
Color: Black
Lights work great. Easy to install and connect to the app. Endless color options and they fit perfect on my desk. I stuck two of the behind my monitor and two on the side to make nice ambient light. I like that you dont need the app to turn on the lights.

Decent Light Bars, But More Options in the App
Color: Black
The Govee RGBIC Light Bars are pretty decent overall. The lights are bright and add a nice atmosphere behind the TV. The 15-inch bars fit well for a TV setup in the 45–70 inch range, and the different placement options make it easy to set them up the way you want. They do have some regular lighting settings you can use without connecting to the app, which is convenient if you just want simple colors. Setup is fairly easy and they look clean behind the TV. That said, I do wish there were more options available without having to rely on the app. The basic settings work fine, but it would be nice to have a few more built-in modes. Overall, they’re solid lights that look good and work well, especially if you like adding ambient lighting to your TV area.

Cannot recommend this brand enough!!
Color: Black
Although govee is a bit more expensive the price is worth it. This is the second pair of lights I now own by this brand and seriously they are unmatched! The lighting is phenominal while they remain relatively light in weight. While thwy do have a built in remote on them they also have a govee app which is extremely accessible. It allows you to pick from a RGB wheel, the brightness, and even different flow modes. The light is broken up into segments internally allowing for maximum customization.
