Wouldn’t buy again
We got these to help our 6-year-old fall asleep. We were looking for something that was yummy and worked for sleep; these didn’t do either. My son didn’t like the taste and when he did finally take it, he didn’t fall asleep. We never took it again.

My children occasionally need a really good nights rest.
Sometimes my kids need a good night's rest and this is my go-to product for that! The raspberry flavor makes it easy for them to take as well.

Didn't Notice Difference
The taste is actually pretty good, honestly it's more like a treat than a supplement... but I haven't noticed any significant changes after going through the entire bottle. They didn't cause any upset stomach or side effects, which is a plus, but the overall benefits feel negligible.
