Upgrade the Halo BassiNest™ with a GOTS and MADE SAFE® certified organic replacement mattress, specifically designed to provide enhanced safety, comfort, and breathability for newborns. This firm, supportive mattress is free from polyurethane foam, vinyl/PVC, phthalates & flame retardants —ideal for the sensitive systems of tiny sleepers.
The mattress includes a breathable, washable cover made with an organic cotton face and a waterproof backing, serving as a built-in mattress protector. Featuring a three-dimensional fabric structure, the cover promotes 360° airflow, allowing babies to breathe more easily and stay cooler during sleep. Improved airflow may enhance safety and help regulate body temperature, contributing to longer, more restful sleep.
The practical design makes cleanup simple. The cover fully encases the mattress and can be machine-washed as needed, ensuring the sleep surface remains fresh and hygienic. In case of messes, the baby can be returned to the mattress without the cover while it’s being laundered. A spare breathable cover is recommended for convenience.
Note: This is a replacement mattress designed exclusively for Halo bassinets and should never be stacked on top of another mattress.
