Butterfly weed is a beautiful addition to informal wildflower bouquets, second photo. Grow this plant with other native type plants. Looks great with dark purple salvia and ornamental grasses.
This plant is a must for anyone establishing a butterfly garden. Great for all types of butterflies and other pollinators. This is a perennial and will bloom the second year when grown from seed. All seeds come packaged in a kraft paper envelope. Complete growing information included with all orders.
****Milkweeds are considered poisonous and should be grown with caution around pets, livestock and children. It is one reason the deer seem to leave this plant alone. ***
