Bayer Pastora Herbicide
Pastora Herbicide is a professional dry-flowable herbicide designed for selective weed management in established bermudagrass pastures, hay meadows, unimproved bermudagrass turf, and approved non-crop areas. Powered by the active ingredients nicosulfuron and metsulfuron-methyl, Pastora helps control or suppress a wide range of troublesome grassy and broadleaf weeds, including witchgrass, which is also commonly known as tickle-grass.
Pastora is a strong choice for hay and forage producers looking to improve bermudagrass quality by reducing weed competition. The label lists witchgrass among the weeds controlled or suppressed at the 1.0 oz/acre rate, along with other pasture weeds such as barnyardgrass, foxtails, johnsongrass, sandbur, henbit, pigweed, and more.
