Munstead Lavender is a fragrant and beautiful dwarf English lavender that is sure to add a touch of elegance and charm to any garden.

Native to the Mediterranean region, Lavandula angustifolia 'Munstead' is an evergreen, small shrub known for its beautiful, fragrant deep lavender blue flowers in short loose spikes on short stems that bloom in summer before the regular species. The narrow, grayish-green foliage is also fragrant. Munstead Lavender is a compact and rounded English lavender known for its strong, distinctive scent, which is often used in aromatherapy and perfumery.

Munstead may be slower growing than other Lavandula angustifolia cultivars but it makes up for it with a mass of blooms earlier than others and is the perfect choice for edging pathways. Excellent in a waterwise Mediterranean style landscape or herb garden, Munstead Lavender is also the ideal plant in a pollinator garden. Plant in a location where one can easily brush against it to release its lavender aroma.

This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques. I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review. Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review. I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!
