Kentucky 32 Endophyte Free Tall Fescue Seed
Kentucky 32 Endophyte Free Tall Fescue is a durable, cool-season grass seed variety widely recognized for its adaptability, strong root system, and dependable performance in both turf and forage applications. This versatile tall fescue variety is specifically produced without harmful endophytes, making it an excellent option for livestock environments, including horse pastures, cattle grazing areas, show arenas, racetracks, and polo fields, where animal safety is a priority.
Known for its vigorous establishment and excellent stress tolerance, Kentucky 32 develops broad, deep green leaf blades and a dense root system that helps improve drought resistance, wear tolerance, and long-term stand persistence. Its open growth habit promotes improved airflow through the canopy, helping reduce conditions favorable to common turf diseases while supporting healthier turf development.
Kentucky 32 is highly valued for lawns, parks, sports fields, playgrounds, utility turf, and low-maintenance landscapes due to its ability to tolerate foot traffic, heat, periodic drought, and moderate shade conditions. In agricultural settings, it is commonly utilized as a productive forage grass for beef cattle, dairy cattle, and horses because of its palatability and dependable seasonal growth.
