ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
This bar makes us think of our most important partnerships—bees and honey, loving soulmates, summer and lavender. A creamy 55% dark milk chocolate is infused using fresh seasonal lavender oil brought in from our friends at Mingle Hill Farms in Lincoln, Ontario to our little shop in Toronto.
Bite slowly: gentle floral notes emerge creating a bouquet of botanicals in earthy dark chocolate. Our friends & family taste-testers think we achieved the perfect balance of floral notes with a classic chocolate foundation. Like any great partnership, the floral notes follow you in a sweet, long-lasting finish.
