Cactus Pear Pro Tips
Handle your Cactus Pears carefully, as they may have tiny spines. Use gloves or a towel when handling. To enjoy, slice off the ends, make a lengthwise slit, and peel away the thick skin to reveal the vibrant flesh. Enjoy it fresh, blend it into smoothies, or make it into jams and jellies. Refrigerate to extend shelf life.
