DESCRIPTION
The strawberry plant (Fragaria × ananassa) from the Rosaceae family is a delightful addition to any garden or balcony. With its origins in Europe, this plant thrives in full sunlight, producing juicy, red strawberries that are perfect for snacking or culinary use. In Singapore's tropical climate, ensure the soil is kept consistently moist but not waterlogged to support healthy growth and fruit production. Strawberry plants are relatively easy to care for and can be grown in containers or garden beds, making them suitable for various gardening setups. While the plant itself is pet-friendly, it's essential to be cautious with any chemicals used on the plant to prevent harm to pets. Embrace the joy of growing your strawberries and enjoy the sweet rewards of homegrown fruit.
Important to know: As plants are natural products, form, pattern and colour will vary.
