Professional Monstera Substrate

🌿 Substrate Origin

The Professional Monstera Substrate was developed by Green and White Plants within our nursery specialized in rare tropical plants.
Monsteras naturally grow in humid tropical forests, on rich yet highly aerated soils where water flows freely around the roots. This mix has been designed to replicate this natural balance, ensuring stable growth and healthy root development, both indoors and in nursery conditions.

Every thriving plant starts with an exceptional substrate. At Green and White Plants, the mineral components are washed three times to remove dust and residues. The organic materials are carefully selected and preserved to accurately recreate the natural balance of tropical environments.

🔍 Mix Description

This Professional Monstera Substrate is built on a draining and aerated structure, perfectly suited to the thick and vigorous roots of Monsteras:

  • 30% buffered coconut chips, providing a stable organic base and controlled moisture retention
  • 20% perlite, reducing compaction and improving air/water exchange
  • 15% clay pebbles (hydroponic), stabilizing the mix and promoting even moisture distribution
  • 15% biochar, contributing to natural substrate purification and biological balance
  • 10% medium-grade maritime pine bark, enhancing aeration and root oxygenation
  • 10% coarse pumice, ensuring effective drainage and optimal water circulation

Each component is sieved and prepared to ensure a consistent particle size, ideal for long-term cultivation.

✅ Benefits for your Monsteras

• Controlled drainage, reducing excess water and root rot risks
• Constant aeration, promoting strong and progressive root development
• Nursery-grade substrate, easy to use indoors

🚀 Conclusion

The Professional Monstera Substrate provides a balanced growing environment inspired by natural tropical soils. A reliable mix designed to support structured growth and long-term vitality of your Monsteras 🌿

Hair removal improvements, ooooh! Ahhhhh!
Color: Matte Gold
We were vexed and a little annoyed by that one chin hair removal after a waxing treatment. Lo and behold! Zomchi invented a razor for treatments in between salon wax strips. Painless and easy to reapply hygenically. 🤗

Handy. I've never put a razor to my face, but I used this and loved the outcome.

Starting a StartUp is a must-read for anyone who wants to build something that matters
Format: Paperback
I rarely come across a book that so perfectly balances the technical and the personal in building a startup. Starting a StartUp: How to Build Something People Want does just that. It is less of a textbook and more of a companion for founders who want to build with heart and wisdom. What I loved most: Actionable, no-fluff advice. Instead of lofty theories, the book dives right into what really matters: validating ideas, talking to users, iterating fast, and scaling smart. The checklists, templates, and real-world examples make it easy to move from reading to doing. Psychology + empathy. It does not treat an entrepreneur like a machine. The author emphasizes dealing with uncertainty, failure, and the emotional rollercoaster of starting something new. That human touch elevates it from “startup guide” to “founder guide.” Accessible to novices and veterans alike. Whether you are building your first side project or scaling your third company, there is value here: reminders about customer obsession, principles for experimentation, and stories that resonate at any stage. Readable and engaging. The prose is clear, the chapters are well-paced, and every chapter ends with key takeaways that help cement the learning. Starting a StartUp is a must-read for anyone who wants to build something that matters, not just for profits but for people. I am recommending it to friends, colleagues, and especially the next generation of makers I mentor. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great book for learning about startup culture.
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I had this book for a while did not have the chance to read as soon as I got it. Recently finished reading it and learned a lot of great things about startup terminology and how to be fast and how to iterate things in a right way, how to go deep in the problem. Identify pain points for the problem etc. Overall great teacher for anybody who wants to get grasp of a being in startup world.
