Add a touch of the exotic to your home with this striking Dendrobium variety. Known for its incredible color contrast, this orchid features bright lime-green outer petals that frame a deep, velvety purple-red center. This "splash" effect makes every bloom look like a hand-painted masterpiece.
Unlike standard orchids, this variety is prized for its architectural beauty and its ability to produce long, arching sprays of flowers that last for weeks.
Why You’ll Love It:
-
Stunning Contrast: Refreshing apple-green petals paired with a bold, dark burgundy-purple lip.
-
Long-Lasting Sprays: A single spike can hold dozens of flowers that remain vibrant for up to two months.
-
Vigorous Grower: This hybrid is known for being sturdy and producing multiple new "canes" each season.
-
Unique Petal Shape: The wide, slightly ruffled petals give it the delicate appearance of a butterfly in flight.
Quick Care Guide:
| Feature | Requirement |
| Light | Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight (East or West windows). |
| Watering | Water thoroughly once a week, allowing the roots to dry slightly between soakings. |
| Temperature | Prefers warm days and slightly cooler nights to trigger new flower spikes. |
| Potting | Keep in a well-draining orchid bark or charcoal mix. |
