Common Name: Philodendron Paraiso Verde
Philodendron Paraiso Verde is a statement plant that many house plant hobbyists are looking to add to their collection. This rare house plant features mottled coloration that includes different shades of green. Like other Philodendron species, P. Paraiso Verde will appreciate increased humidity levels, warmer temperatures, airy grow medium and fertilizer during grow season. Bright-indirect lighting is best as any direct sun will be sure to burn its leaves.
Propagation can be done via cuttings as long as the plant has a viable node or growth point. Humidity can be increased through the use of a humidifier, pebble tray or also by placing the plant in an enclosed container that is opened periodically for fresh air flow.
