Bring the fresh, just-picked flavor of a homegrown salad to your table—fast. Our Organic Non-GMO Easy Salad Greens Seed Collection is a simple way to sow a steady supply of tender, colorful leaves for quick weeknight meals, lunchbox toppers, and garden-fresh garnishes. This curated assortment is chosen for reliable germination, easy growth, and a mix of mild-to-zesty flavors that keep every bowl interesting.
Perfect for new gardeners and seasoned growers alike, these salad greens thrive in small spaces and big beds. Tuck them into raised beds, patio containers, or a sunny kitchen-garden corner, then plant in short intervals for “cut-and-come-again” harvests. You’ll love the variety of textures—crisp, buttery, frilly, and tender—plus the satisfaction of harvesting the freshest greens possible, right when you want them.
Did You Know?
Many salad greens grow best in cool weather, which helps keep leaves sweet and tender. A little shade during warm spells can slow bolting (when plants rush to flower), extending your harvest window for longer, leafier picking.
