Tiger Bark Ficus Pre-Wired Bonsai Starter – 70mm Pot
( TREES CAN NOT BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY OR TO WA & TAS DUE TO CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS )
Get a head start on your bonsai journey with the Tiger Bark Ficus Pre-Wired Bonsai Starter, a carefully selected young tree that has been wired to introduce movement and structure. Supplied in a 70mm plastic pot, this pre-wired starter gives you a solid foundation to refine and develop your bonsai with confidence.
Tiger Bark Ficus (Ficus microcarpa ‘Tiger Bark’) is prized for its unique tiger-striped bark, fast growth, and strong adaptability. It responds exceptionally well to pruning and wiring, making it an ideal choice for both beginners and experienced bonsai enthusiasts. In humid conditions, it can also develop aerial roots, enhancing its bonsai character over time.
PLEASE NOTE
The Bonsai Starter you receive will be randomly selected from our growing area. As these are living plants, natural variations occur, meaning the tree you receive may differ from the one photographed. Your tree may be larger or smaller, with more or less growth and branching, depending on individual growth patterns.
We take care to provide healthy, high-quality trees, but please understand that each plant is unique. This variation is part of the bonsai experience and an opportunity to shape and develop your tree in your own style.
