Naturally Mould & Rot Resistant: Powered by suberin, a waxy biopolymer that naturally repels water and prevents the development of mould or rot, even in 90-100% humidity environments.
The Ultimate Bioactive Media: The textured, irregular surface of cork pebbles creates a perfect micro-habitat for beneficial microfauna like isopods and springtails, supporting a self-cleaning ecosystem.
Ultra Lightweight: Approximately 60% lighter than traditional clay pebbles (LECA) or river rocks, it is the ideal choice for glass terrariums and large planters while making handling easier and safer.
Precision Aeration Matrix: The honeycomb cellular structure prevents soil compaction and ensures oxygen reaches plant roots, effectively stopping root rot before it starts.
Fungus Gnat Fortress: When used as a topper, it creates a dry, chemical-free barrier that prevents adult fungus gnats from reaching moist soil to lay eggs.
