🌱 Growing instructions
- Stratification (Required): For best results, place seeds in a moist paper towel in a sealed bag and refrigerate for 30 days before sowing to break dormancy.
- Sowing: After stratification, sprinkle the tiny seeds on top of a well-draining seed starting mix.
- Depth: Barely cover with soil; the seeds need a bit of light to germinate.
- Germination: Keep soil moist but not soggy. Provide plenty of bright, indirect light.
- Transplanting: Move outdoors after the last frost, spacing 1-2 feet apart.
- Light Requirement: Full Sun.
- Care: Lavender thrives in well-draining soil. Amend heavy clay with sand or compost. Once established, plants are drought-tolerant and require only occasional watering.
