Grace the Faire court in this Queen Anne Boleyn Tudor styled renaissance gown. Chemise, 2 skirts, French hood, boned bodice, detachable sleeves are included with this elegant ensemble.

This is a CUSTOM made outfit and will take our current custom order time-frame to complete. Please check our shop announcement or contact us for any question on completion time. In order to maintain the unique look of each custom creation, fabric availability and space constraints in our workshop; we rarely have more of the exact same fabrics on hand pictured on our sample ensembles. For each order, we walk you through the fabric selection process with either photos/links/mailed swatches of order-able fabrics in your chosen color scheme. This ensures a custom gown uniquely made for you and your specific tastes. This also also for design changes as well. Some fabric/trim and design choice may effect the pricing. 

The colors & fabrics on this outfit create an absolutely stunning Tudor Court ensemble; here are the basics of this a 6-piece outfit. The main materials used consist of a main fabric, accent fabric  and additional accent fabric for the bell sleeves and skirt trim.

BODICE

The classic, conically shaped bodice is lined and heavily boned providing support as well as helping to keep the proper shape. This style includes hand beading along the neckline in your choice of beading. Each dramatic sleeve starts with the main fabric and then ends in a gorgeous bell of the velvet(or preferred fabric) with a little bit of solid fabric peeking out from the inside unless self lined. Each sleeve can easily detach from the bodice by the lacings and hidden lacings. The bodice closes in back with lacing and grommets as well as a modesty panel.


OVERSKIRT

The over 3 yard inch circum. skirt sports the same fabric as the bodice and is split in front with accent edging. The skirt is pleated to the waistband and closes in front with lacing. 

UNDERSKIRT

The underskirt features broadcloth/muslin with a coordinating panel in front and a drawstring waistband.

 

HEADPIECE

We have included a matching French hood. This special piece features a wired, heavy buckram base overlaid in velvet or matching fabric, handbeaded around the outer edge, pleated coif and a long chiffon veil. This is original Matti's Millinery head piece made specifically for this outfit and designed after Tudor/Elizabethan headpieces. An $225 value!

CHEMISE

Also included in this stunning outfit is a muslin, waist length undershirt with drawstring neckline and cuffs. A $40 value!

First Impression and Why I Bought It: This book was very informative and may be a fresh read for some people. I bought it during a time of my life when I wasn't sure what I wanted out of my relationship because I was struggling with an unrealistic and teenage way of dating as a young adult. About/From the Book: I learned the value of singleness and what it would mean to move forward in a healthy, committed relationship. So if you're single or dating and you want to gain a different perspective of how to navigate your period of singleness using a modern biblical practice but also just relevant to Gen X, check this out. Would I recommend? Yes. Who would I recommend it to? 18-24 y/os. My Appliances: Ironically, after reading this book I did take up new skill, figured out what I wanted in my relationship, and recommend it to a friend who bought a copy. And regarding the biblical based modern dating technique, it can be done, it just takes maturity and restraint. Although being an adult where I am now in life, I think that if you're with someone that you know, that you know you're going to marry then hiccups may occur when trying to apply that, especially when you're attracted to that person, haha. Conclusion: Please read the book in an objective format, yes some things can be taken literally, but life isn't gonna happen the way he describes it. These are just rules of thumb to reference as you do life and apply at your own discretion.

This isn’t just a book by any means because you will want to highlight things and read several times!! This is a real lifetime manual that can be referenced as often as necessary.
