Exude a sense of tranquil elegance in this serene gown, a garment that perfectly embodies the harmony of nature. The dress features a deep V-neckline that gracefully accentuates the décolletage, balanced by long, fitted sleeves for a look of sleek sophistication. The gathered empire waist is flattering to the figure, highlighting the natural waistline before the fabric spills into a flowing, floor-length skirt. This skirt, fashioned from layers of soft tulle, lends a breezy, ethereal quality to the gown, reminiscent of gentle winds through a meadow. Ideal for formal events in the spring or summer, this gown is a celebration of timeless style, gentle femininity, and the understated allure of nature's palette.

A wonderful edition!
Format: Paperback
I highly recommend this edition above all others available. The translation is very clear and lucid and actually makes Timaeus and Critias real page-turners.
Not only is the translation great, but the introductory material is incredible. While one review here mentions that the translation misses some of the nuance of Platonic thought (which I don't necessarily agree with that), the introduction more than makes up for that. So many available editions of Timaeus are written by reluctant scholars who act puzzled as to why they've been asked to introduce Timaeus when they are obviously either not fond of it, or dismissive of it as an authentic piece of Plato's canon. At last, we have an edition that is faithful and generous to the source material!

The origin of Atlantis was orally passed down from an Egyptian priest.
Format: Paperback
I haven’t even finished it yet because I’ve been very busy with college. However, it is fascinating to read the story of Atlantis. Personally, I believe it was a real lost city. Mythology can sometimes be true if it speaks about lost cities.
