We can't say it enough how adorable this red polka dot mini dress is from Oliver by Valentino. Oliver was the designers young adult ready-to-wear line in the 1980's and 1990's, named after his pug. Many of the pieces came in the labels signature shade of red and this one is no exception. This strapless mini dress is made of a velvety material with satin ribbon across the bodice.
