Our beloved Matilda pattern is finally here in Misses sizing and we could not be more excited to share it with you. Matilda has been a favorite in Baby, Girls, and Tween for years, and now the same charm, comfort, and cottage core beauty is available for adults too.
Matilda dress is a peasant style dress. The neckline is finished using elastic. The bodice is finished with two rows of elastic. There are five sleeve options: flutter, short sleeve, and an elbow length sleeve that can be finished three ways: elastic row at the top, elastic row at the bottom, or double elastic row. Matilda features a full skirt that falls just at the top of the knee cap.
The inside elastic casings are finished in a clean and polished way, designed with wearability in mind.
Whether you are chasing the cottage core trend or simply love quick, satisfying sewing projects, Matilda delivers. It comes together fast, it fits beautifully, and it transitions from season to season with ease.
Create a closet favorite in every sleeve option and enjoy Matilda all year long.
